I fully admit I haven’t been following the details of the case. But I thought the issue being tried was not the defendant’s disagreements and statements about Mann’s scientific method, but a comment equating him was a pedophile.
If so I don’t see the relevance of the Amicus briefs.
But as I say I haven’t followed the case much so I may be ignorant and blind.
