That “petition” strikes me as trolling attempt, especially since it was posted on 9/11 by someone in the Netherlands.
To wit, the half-baked English and poor grasp of trying to make an attempt to have a legitimate argument.
Also, the first attempt was taken down, and now the second attempt has been launched (on 9/16), with additional misspellings (to wit: “2nd ATTEMT”)
Does that qualify as an astroturf campaign?
They should offer free bacon & pork chops this year, just because.
Trying to get Germans to give up beer is a great way to ingratiate yourselves to your prospective hosts. More idiocy like this and “liberal” Germans might re-consider the whole multi-culti thing…
Some guy in the Netherlands, who may or may not be real, uses an online form to petition a city — in Germany — and gets 250 random people on the internet to click their approval. This is the mighty attempt to impose Sharia law on the west that you fear?
20 scientists write a letter to the President asking him to persecute people who disagree with their position on AGW. Why worry about Sharia in Germany when we have Democrat’s version of Sharia here already?
Wait, I am getting carried away. Its not like Democrats are telling people what to eat or going through people’s trash.

You’re not getting carried away. You’re just trying to change the subject away from the rather obvious observation that a handful of cranks participating in a pathetic online petition hardly rises to the threat of a new caliphate in Europe. If Charles Martel weeps, it’s out of embarrassment that his place in history is being compared to something so ridiculous.
It was less an attempt to change the subject than it was to show how real life Democrats act worse than hoax Islamists when it comes to forcing religion on others.

Especially their primary religion: the Cult of the State. Of which Dave is a devout member.
Oh come on, this is one of the weakest hoaxes in online hoax history. Well, there does seem to be a large number of persons supporting hoaxTrump so maybe history needs rewriting. I look forward to some out-of-work academic writing an op-ed on the strong hoax vs. the weak hoax. Michael Mann would approve.
