So, if someone is successful in getting Title IX either repealed or reined in, will Affirmative Action follow next? They don’t seem to be that far off from each other in the way they’ve taken an anti-discrimination rule and twisted it into a way to mandate reverse-discrimination.
I think the Harvard case may ultimately tighten up the decision in Grutter.
