If you focus on the muscle, the fat will come off naturally.

Nonsense. The mere fact that you’d think there’s anything “natural” involved shows how completely unscientific you are about diet.
Naturally, you should be starving. That’s the natural state of any carnivore. We get fat (and sometimes even content) as a side effect of our industriousness. The mere fact that I have time to type to you about this triviality, and that the folks who made this keyboard could have done so, and that the designer could have done such a fantastic job (he really did, it’s served me well for over a decade now) is a result of the sheer unnaturalness of our modern food production.
“Natural” = “Something that occurs as a side effect.” If you build muscle, you will lose fat. It’s not about weight loss. You might end up weighing more, but being stronger and healthier. Did you bother to even read the article?
Nah, and the intoxication level when I wrote that comment probably means I couldn’t.

If you want to lose weight – which most typically means losing body fat – there’s really only one way to do it. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=h-jy3OtZAss

Oh, honesty.
Not enough of that on the Internet. 🙂
