  1. If people want to leave the EU they are free to do so. This is not a totalitarian regime.

For all the dumbass comments I have heard lately about this the ones by some Jewish leaders take the cake. The main target of the terror act was the Charlie Hebdo staff who were anti-clerical. A lot of other people died after the main terror act including cops. Yes regrettably some Jews in a market also died. The police got the perps. Shit like this is regrettable but it happens.

Who knows who the guys they finished off in Belgium a couple days ago were going to kill? It wasn’t that long ago that some guy entered an Holocaust Museum in Brussels and killed several people there including Jews. You simply cannot put state terrorism by the Nazis in the same scale as this. The governments are doing their best to actively prevent situations like these.

Of course we will get more security theater here in Europe as a result because of inane comments like these and the ones the far right is sure to throw as well.

    1. ” Yes regrettably some Jews in a market also died. ”

So are you saying you think that the perps going to the Jewish market was totally random?
      They just……happened….there?

  2. What parallels? A small number of terrorists compared to Nazi Germany? A fairer parallel would be attempts to stir up a hate campaign against a minority.

  3. As I linked over there:

I cannot recommend Al Stewart highly enough. He is a serious history buff, and that is reflected in his songs. He had a huge hit with “Year of the Cat” back in the 1970s, but he didn’t die after that. He’s been writing, recording, and performing ever since, and continues to this day. If you get a chance to see him live, don’t miss it.

  4. If anyone is suggesting Jews shouldn’t be concerned, that’s alarming.

Islam is fundamentally deceitful, so they can work toward the same goals as Nazism without identifying a state (they have multiple state backing but with deniability.) Islam is one of the most satanic religions in existence because satan is the ‘father of the lie.’

Note that I am not targeting muslims. I’m talking about Islam (the distinction being blurred because Islam wants it so.)

    1. So, you’re saying there is NO bell curve for followers of Islam.

You’re saying there is NO varying field of thought, ranging from those who were ‘born’ into the religion but no longer have contact to it, on one end, and on the other end, radical, murdering fascists who are Charlie Hebdo terrorists, or plane crashing 9/11 types?

You’re saying that a person inside Islam is either a radical, or they’re ignoring those who are, or just turning a blind eye to the atrocities?
