One question they never seem to ask but always answer yes is, do we need such law? The second of course is their jurisdiction?
We’ve reached the point where everyone has become the property of their government. It’s not about liability. We already have laws for that. It’s not about safety. Everyone involved has enough concern about that. It’s not even about private property, other than how government can reap the rewards from something they signed away the rights to like the fools they are.
We could wish it were about understanding, but there are far too many axes to grind for it to be about that.
