It’s Not Just An IRS Cover Up

It’s all of a web with the Department of Justice, and the Democrats.

From the declaration by the FBI months ago that no one would be charged, to the president’s statement that there wasn’t a “smidgeon of corruption,” to this, it’s pretty clear now that rather than investigating this for the past year and a half, the Justice Department has been colluding with congressional Democrats to obstruct the congressional investigation.

  2. Which is why it’s really the criminal enterprise of racketeering. This mess will require the next admin to enforce law and clean house to the maximum extent possible. We’re going to have to build more prisons.

    1. One of the big problems has been that the next administration never cleans up the mess the previous administration left behind. Personally, I’d love for someone to create the precedent of prosecuting crimes committed by the previous administration.

    2. The Republicans (if they ever get power again) will not do anything with the IRS crooks or anyone in the BHO regime. First, Obama will pardon everyone on the way out the door. Then the new President will pardon anyone else the Obama missed.

      There is an agreement that following administrations will NOT criminally prosecute the previous one. Otherwise BHO would have arrested Bush and shipped him off to The Hague to stand trial for Human Rights violations. I’m sure they wanted to.

      Only the civil court actions might get some long term traction. No one in the Executive Branch of the government, regardless of party, will follow through and jail a senior member of the previous administration.

      I wish they would. Congressmen and Senators have gone to jail. It’s time a President was brought back to be held responsible for his actions. Clinton, Bush, Obama – I don’t care which one. Presidents think they are above the law.

      Maybe Rand Paul. But I don’t like some of his viewpoints.

      1. A lot of people were mostly in agreement but didn’t like “some of” John McCain’s ideas. They didn’t bother to vote, and so we ended up with Barack Obama in the driver’s seat of the free world. Yay for ideological purity! /sarc

          If Rand Paul was the GOP candidate, I’d vote for him over any Democrat candidate.

          Secondly I am not allowed to prefer one GOP candidate over another? when it’s primary time?

          BTW I voted for McCain – even though I didn’t like some of his ideas.

          And I voted for Romney – even though he is a self-proclaimed progressive.

          Yay for over-aggressive misinterpretation! (/sarc)

This is the nail in the coffin as far as proving that the IRS persecution of political dissidents was a deliberate act of the Democrat party and regardless of whether or not Obama himself instigated the persecution, he and his administration are complicit in keeping it going and in covering it up.

    1. True, but it will get covered up by the MSM (aka the liberal propaganda machine) and nothing will happen. Unless we have a free and unbiased media we are doomed. I see freedom circling the drain….

  4. It’s always been a widespread web – as the article mentions, various Democrat Congrescritters asked the IRS to target Tea Party organizations specifically – this has been known for many months.

    There’s a reason why Lerner took the 5th and I bet it has to do with protecting a lot of people.

    Of course, we’d know whether or not this is true if the IRS would stop lying and stop stonewalling the evidence and the DOJ would do it’s job.

  5. IF is a mighty big word. There are no good guys. Fixing this takes a revolution that we don’t seem to have in us.

  6. The law is whatever any sufficient group of armed men says it is. There really isn’t any such thing as, “The Rule of Law”.

    It would be interesting to see the results of ever more powerful 3d printed weapons…

    1. Also interesting will be when more and more military personnel figure out that the law is whatever any sufficient body of armed men says it is.
