Two weeks prior to the 13th anniversary, it seems perfectly plausible to me.
Better make sure YouTube gets locked down.
Of course, if you lock down YouTube, the instigators will just switch to Vimeo instead to post their inflammatory videos. Hopefully the “spontaneous protests” will be smaller, given the decreased permeation of Vimeo in the cultural zeitgeist?
