This simplistic argument ignores the likely real cause for the decline: the shall- issue concealed carry court ruling of Dec 02. Rapists had to now worry about their victims being armed and able to defend themselves.
This rings true time and time again.
So, if you are against concealed carry, you are obviously pro-rape and anti-science.
Like other industries (alcohol, gambling), it’s cleaner when it’s legal.
