I consider it a partial loss, not a victory. I’m glad they ruled that the EPA couldn’t rewrite statues, but I detest that they also ruled, again, that the EPA can regulate so-called greenhouse gasses (something it does not have the statutory authority to do).
What this means in the real world; they’re going to go ahead and “regulate” coal power plants out of existence, thus making our power bills skyrocket.
