      It is amazing how people who relate skeptics of AGW alarmism with support for the holocaust and a desire to commit genocide on a global scale, who run commercials where dissenters are executed, who regularly use violence to further their political goals, and even have a prime time show dedicated to piracy on the high seas get so bent out of shape because someone sad something insulting.

      What I wanted to say was that it’s too bad Amazon.com won’t ship the Arroyo DVD to me in Canada, and Amazon.ca doesn’t carry it. I was trying to get Rand some credit.
