The fail continues in today’s UK Guardian with this short little bit about how the White House is declassifying select NSA documents so Jake Clapper can explain that the bulk collection started under George W Bush.
Obama is blameless, and powerless to stop himself!
He even brought up Bush in his press conference the other day basically saying that because the roll out of Medicare Part D wasn’t so great that people shouldn’t expect Obama to do any better. We have come a long way from when Bush was the source of all our problems to Bush was pretty good and even he had trouble with some things so cut Obama some slack.
A forecast trillion dollar plus cost to the Federal government and rising, a sweetheart deal with the prime contractor, a patchwork of different versions, a rollout before all the software was even written let alone tested, a frantic effort to “patch as you go”, and this thing could even bring about loss of life.
But enough about the F-35 Joint Strike Fighter program . . . (bah-doom, boom!)
At least the doctors are not passing out… yet.

Indeed. He can direct the federal government to ignore federal law at whim (fast & furious, ICE, extension of deadlines for obamacare, etc.) but he can’t direct any federal agencies to actually comply with the spirit or even letter of constitutional law.
If only this Obama fellow were in a position of authority, then all our problems would be solved!
