It is notable that SpaceX claims its Falcon 9 first stage has a 20 to 1 mass ratio. This might make it barely have SSTO capability.
And if the side boosters on the Falcon Heavy really reach the 30 to 1 mass ratio claimed, then they would have SSTO capability with significant payload.
