2. I read the filings, there is a motion for reconsideration and seeking interlocutory review, otherwise the case is headed towards scheduling and getting on track.

   If the Appelate courts don’t take the review, what direction do you want the case to go? To Discovery and trial or do you want to try and seek a settlement ?
