What is wrong with Congressional staff continuing to have employer-paid health insurance, just like every other federal employee, and most people who work for a big employer in the private sector?
Jim, there are reasons in the linked story, so why don’t you answer this one for us? You could actually read the story this time and educate yourself. I suggest reading the bit about Senator Grassley and his provision. And note the size of the “additional premium payments” mentioned a bit later.
My bad that was in the Politico story referred to in the linked story above. But if you surf over to the PJ Tatler link, it states quite plainly why there’s a problem.
