I learned about it about the same time you all did, in the paper. I’m just as shocked as all of you, who suggested and warned me this would happen several years ago.
This is only talking about existing companies. Add in the lack of startups. Add in that big crony capitalism firms are getting more powerful. Add in that ObamaCare doesn’t really start until next January and the Gestapo IRS will be beyond the current little wrist slaps and can really show us what a police state looks like. Meanwhile, people are already sitting in jail and mostly forgotten. Or have already committed suicide and forgotten.
If elected officials don’t have the balls to stand up to this; how will the little people?
Little people have less to lose. Every day.
Add in that capital that could be invested in tooling up to provide goods or services, thus creating jobs, is instead being invested in lobbying, activism, and lawyers.
