There was supposed to be a hearing to decide whether or not to dismiss the Mannsuit on Thursday morning. We just learned that the court has postponed it until June 19th.

Well, at least you’ll have the symbolism of Juneteenth.
So how’s “discovery” going? I’m not hearing anything about it so I assume it’s been a bust.
Discovery won’t happen until the trial moves forward, which won’t happen until after the judge rules on dismissal, and only if she rules against it.
I could be wrong, but I don’t think discovery goes forward if there’s a motion for summary dismissal.
Timestamp notwithstanding, Rand’s comment wasn’t there when I clicked reply.

How annoying….public B-slapping of that fargin’ icehole cannot come too soon.
Seems like a long delay. The judge probably cant keep a straight face and needs to practice for a while before explaining the internet and first amendment to Mann without bursting into uncontrollable laughter.
Just think, if this lawsuit goes forward, anyone who has been called a denier can take the name caller to court. Does Mann know what he is getting into?
