Because Juries are wild cards that may do anything depending on who is selected. And because like you he seems to see this not as a lawsuit but as a battle between “good and evil”.

Thank you for the suggestion, but again, my insurance company may be at odds with me in terms of wanting to have a trial that actually lays out the issues, and litigates Mann’s bogus “science.”
