Like Andrew said. He’ll govern by diktat and regulatory agency, and Congress can go whistle.
He’ll do it through a UN treaty.
…and who will he get to collect them once he writes and issues his edict?
He’s already doing it through the ATF:
Buddy of mine was an FFL. All of a suddem, 2 years ago, he was investigated by the ATF. Nothing came of it. Was investigated again this year.
He asked the investigator why he’s being scrutinized. The answer was:
“Well we have a lot of money now and a lot of people sitting around doing nothing. So we are looking for things to do. So we are investigating all FFLs. ”
Well that investigation is so bothersome and troublesome to my buddy that he did not renew his FFL.
