Was “I did not have sex with that woman…Ms. Lewinsky” a bigger lie? It depends. At the time, Rush Limbaugh parsed it somewhat differently. If Slick Willy had been addressing Monica, he would have been saying that “[I] did not have sex with ‘that woman’, Ms. Lewinsky” as as an assurance to Monica that he didn’t have sex with Hillary. From what I’ve heard from insiders, the latter is probably much more accurate…
