Only on planet Republican is it so hard to understand that a law can increase spending on some things, decrease spending on others, increase revenue from various sources, and on net decrease the deficit. Arithmetic: it’s a good thing.
Absolutely Jim, like the arithmetic of Obama’s father, where 100% taxation would work. They just need to give enough back to each to survive.

Obamacare was not intended to lower the deficit. It was supposed to lower the costs of healthcare, which it doesn’t do.
Also, Obamacare wont be a net decrease in spending.
