ACA will change reimbursement for medical care to a system that is based on customer satisfaction. That is, it doesn’t matter that a hospital cures a patient and sends them home feeling better than they did when they got there. Instead, the hospital has to get “5 stars” in order to get fully reimbursed for the care they provided.
