Not sure either, but I like the sound of it. I would speculate that they are increasing sales efforts in anticipation of soon to be available transportation vehicles. Building models is directly part of sales.
It means my tenth anniversary is gonna be spectacular.
Lets hope that it means that NASA wants to put up BEAM (or even a sundancer) and that SpaceX will have human rating by 2014.

NASA-inspired fantasies are so far out of touch with economic reality that when you pursue them, you’re condemning yourself to have NASA as your only important customer. It’s either that, or lay off your staff and go back to chasing UFOs.
Scratch the surface of any visionary and you’ll probably find a nut underneath. Well worth the price for vision.
