This would have been more interesting a few decades ago when Playboy was a successful business rather than teetering on the brink of bankruptcy.

I have noticed that the mere mention of the Playboy Club these days seems to make the lefty types bristle and growl. Funny thing is, it used to be a place where the lefty/counterculture types met!
It just goes to show… those people aren’t any fun any more.
The early days of Playboy the women’s libbers supposedly loved it–it emancipated women as well as men. That changed.
In the original 1969 video of David Bowie’s “Space Oddity”, it’s revealed that Major Tom was actually taken captive by a couple of space babes.
