Reminds me of Steve Martin’s bit on how to be a millionaire and never pay taxes. “First…get a million dollars.”
The best piece of advice I ever read about novel writing came from a book called:
“How to Write Damned Good Novel” by James N Frey
“The purpose of the first draft is not to get it right, but to get it written”
I’m soaking in #4 at the moment, instead of working on the outline for our sequel.
But in fairness to myself, I just got all riled up after a frustrating encounter with the “crowdsourced authoritarianism” of Craigslist. Had I not gone there first to check on a sale, I might have gotten something accomplished by now.
I’ll get Rand started.
“It was a dark and stormy launch…”
“, and there would be a clear violation of the lightning commit criteria. But they accepted the risk.”
