I’ve sometimes wondered, half-jokingly, if being a Communist was a job requirement for folk singers. Would it be possible to be a folk singer and not be a Communist? In theory?
Google says, “No results found for “non-Communist folk singer.”
On the other hand, it does give a few results for “anti-Communist folk singer.” Then, of course, there’s Dana Rohrabacher.
So, it would appear that folk singers have to be either Communist or anti-Communist? No dead armadillos?
