Hey, you know what, Mr. Chairman? If you were really worried about the schedule and dependence on the Russians, you’d have asked Frank Wolf and Barbara Mikulski to shift some funds from the useless SLS and properly fund the Commercial Crew Program.

I’m not sure what is making him question this; he used to be my Congressman, his district is the NE corner of Dallas. Given all the commercial space development in the area, including Blue Origin, you’d think he’d be in favor of it.
