Can anyone tell me or point me toward the answer to what the origin is of the $6 billion dollar figure for developing commercial crew that I have seen mentioned numerous times since yesterday’s house hearing. As best I can tell Rep Johnson was the first to make reference to that number. Sounds like a bogus number to me, too high even if it included cargo as well as crew development.
