If they, or any of these do-gooder clowns, were TRULY about protecting downtrodden ‘groups’, they’d be organizing FOR the protection white, middle-class, men.

The proposed bill clearly violates anything resembling due process (burden of proof, access to council by the defendant, etc) . I think it will be found unconstitutional by SCOTUS.
