I haven’t had much to say about it, because I don’t think it’s going to survive contact with the enemy on the Hill. The real battle will be in shaping what comes out of the next CR, and at least getting some anomalies in it so that NASA can stop wasting money on Constellation.

Yep, that about sums it up for me as well.
I’m a bit out of the loop on this – does this mean that STS-135 is or is not funded at this point?
Nothing is funded, really, except for the CR, but NASA is planning to fly it.
I’m not sure planning to fly it is quite right. OV-104 is being prepped and will be stacked as a potential rescue vehicle for STS-134. I’m not sure if NASA can fund the operation of STS-135, but they can fund the preparation for what is tracked as STS-334. I sure hope they aren’t planning to fly STS-334.
I’d be happy to know that STS-135 is budgeted to fly. I wondered if the law passed in December allowed for it, but I don’t think it did.
135 has actually been added to the flight plan. It is no longer the LON mission. Station Program now considers it ULF7 and we’re working it as such.
