1. Sorry, but I fear that Mr Burge is pulling our legs here.

   There’s no way Obama has the wit to call Harry and Nancy ‘Cadaver and Cadaverer’.

2. Pull our legs? Iowahawk? Who could imagine such a thing?

3. If they’re having a civil war, is Obama today’s Ambrose E. Burnside?

4. I have never heard Mr. Burge utter a single word that was not utterly serious.

   Unless I happened to sit near him at an airport somewhere and didn’t realize it.

5. These must be tough times for satirists. On the one hand they have a wealth of material to work with, but on the other hand, it must be awfully hard staying one step ahead of reality.
