I must have been distracted when President Obama mention export control reform during his speech. Certainly glad he is making it a priority. Obama Repeats Call for Export Control Reform – SpaceNews.com.
It will be great if Robert Gates pushes hard for this. There is a lot of respect for and trust in him by members of both parties. It will be hard for anyone to claim that what is advocating will give away key defense technologies.
