Perhaps Cabranes would be a better choice for Latino on the supreme court? It doesn’t matter what race is represented on the court as long as they treat everyone the same.
So… a wise Latina ignored the very essence of the rule of law in favor of… what? Getting a case off the docket?
This looks worse than it did at first. Sotomayor not only made a bad decision, but made the ruling in a way that would reduce the chance of an appeal.
