Chris does not counter by offering an example of a totalitarian philosophy that does not have roots in the French Revolution.
Chris says “try theocracy.” There the leadership attempts to control all aspects of daily life AND the after-life.
Although one could argue that absolute monarchy doesn’t have its “roots” in the French revolution, since that revolution was against the monarchy, I’ll concede there.
So a white supremacist shooting a black man at a holocaust museum while wearing a confederate flag cap and duster marks him as a liberal? LMAO.
