…from Keith Olbermann:
Neurotic. Paranoid. False to fact and false to reason. Forever self-rationalizing. His inner rage at his own impotence and failure dripping from every word and as irrational, as separated from the real world, as dishonest, as insane, as any terrorist.
The amazing thing about Ben Affleck’s spoof of him on Saturday Night Live was that it was so close to reality. He must write this drivel himself. I can’t imagine any self-respecting network writer coming up such over-the-top lunacy.
I quit watching pro hockey and baseball because hearing whining millionares on strike left me ill. If NBC gives this cretin more air time during football I may have to take drastic action.
My first reaction to the quoted excerpt is that it was was somebody describing Olbermann.
Five seconds of listening to Olbermann makes me physically ill.
Keith who? Who is he and why should I care what he says?
Actually, I’ve heard of him enough to avoid his show.
Great quote. I genuinely believed it was about Olbermann until I clicked the link. Perfect example of projection, eh?
Looks like the new attack themes from the left, now that Pelosi has ruined their planned “Truth Commission” politically-motivated witch hunt and celebration party, will be “Bushitler and DarthCheney were responsible for killing 3,000 Amercians on 9/11, on their watch, due to criminal negligence” and “The CIA lies all the time so how can anyone believe the accuracy of any memos or letters it may release that support anything Bushitler and DarthCheney claim?”. I wonder if Olbermann is ready to equally condemn the Democratic Saint of the New Deal, FDR, for negligence on his watch leading to over 2400 Americans being killed at Pearl Harbor on 12/7/41, which led to a war that got tens of thousands Americans killed fighting the Japanese? (Also, FDR was still alive and Commander in Chief in March 1945 when B-29 fireboming raids killed tens of thousands Japanese civilians and laid waste to vast areas of Tokyo and other cities. Were those raids war crimes, Mr. Keith Olbermann and Mr. Jon Stewart?)
Olberman is a hateful man, and MSNBC is full of hateful nonsense, but they are also windows on the Left’s thinking and thus bear watching.
