Or a trend?
Dems and Republicans are tied in the latest Gallup poll, with Independents split down the middle as well. If this is a poll of adults, and not likely voters, it’s even worse news for the Donkeys (though it’s actually not far from the February number). Obama may remain personally popular, but the policies aren’t, and I don’t think he’ll be able to help much at the polls in 2010.
That’s not what the other polls say.
Gallup is drifting away from 6 other major polls.
It agrees with the most accurate pollster during the past six years jack.

He most accurately predicted the past two presidential elections.
Pay attention to Rasmussen and ignore Gallup and the rest.
We’ve got a lot of time yet, don’t throw in the towel on the bastard. He’ll probably follow the FDR strategy. He’ll get unpopular in the middle years when his inefficient spending and monopolization of debt markets take the inevitable toll on businesses. Maybe he’ll even have some of his programs shredded by the Supreme Court. Then he’ll massively increase spending 12 months before the election on public works to temporarily employ just enough of the people he put out of work to win the vote, and it’ll be four more years. Mark those words.
I doubt the congress will be so-composed to support any masssive spending bender after January of 11.
