The full ESAS study, apparently including appendices (other than 12) seems to be available over at Wikileaks.
Ah, where to find the time to read it…? I hope that Norm Augustine does, at least.

Well, you can’t say they used a font that was too big! The first pages gave me eye strain.
Would love to comb through it.
Actually, of those on NSF, only Appendix 6 is on WikiLeaks. But that is the main technical review.
