Oh, this isn’t April 1st?
Well, now I learned to look for the paw. Never struck me before that someone would try to pass off a dog as a raccoon.
I actually have a cook book copyright 1913 that I got from my great-grandmother. It has all sorts of delicious recipes for raccoon, squirrel, various brains, and tongues. You know it’s old school when your first step is to melt some lard in a frying pan.
I wonder if this meme will make it to the “Over the Hedge” comic strip 🙂
