Pardon me the schadenfreude, but I just can’t stop laughing at these links.
Don’t pull on Superman’s cape, and don’t…mess…with the Mickey. And I don’t mean mouse.

Ok, I’m a bit puzzled. It sounds like a bunch of relatively public figures got together and started some sort of shameless gossip forum. Then they’re surprised when their inane and slightly libelous blatherings get posted on someone’s blog. Do I have the plot?
I like this question from Jonathan Chait:
I think the point of JournoList is to allow an agreed narrative for any news item to take shape in out of view of the public so that the narrative that “spontaneously” appears all over the web appears to be an organic and natural response to current events.
But the name-calling is certainly a bonus.
I couldn’t even finish that. I already know who they are inside.
I think the point of JournoList is to let everyone who participates feel like they’re an important insider.
Well, I think that the point of it is to identify people who imagine a listserv to be a secure means of communication. ;^)
